What is the meaning of public/civil servants? asked Sarah to her father.

Father: My love, public/civil servants are appointed by the government to help citizens and fulfill their needs.

Sarah: Why then there are so many acts like Right to Information, Right to Service Delivery, Forest Rights Act, so on and so forth?

Father: The intention is to create a cosmos around the chaotic system.

Sarah: Oh! It's a scientific intelligence. Isn't it dad?

Father: No dear, intellectuals have advised not to jump to conclusion.

Sarah: Oh really!
